Antonym Songs
We have been working on antonyms in Reading class. For an assignment, students worked with a partner to choose one of their favorite songs playing on the radio today. Then, they printed the lyrics and changed some of the words using antonyms and performed them in class.

Model Sailboats
Here are the sailboats students created for Reading extra credit to go along with our Chris Van Allsburg unit. They were all very creative using anything from recycled soda bottles to legos to wood.
