We kicked off our Chris Van Allsburg unit by reading The Wreck of the Zephyr. The students have the opportunity to do extra credit in Reading by creating a model of the Zephyr. Think-Tac-Toe the MI Way
In Reading class students did an activity called Think-Tac-Toe the Multiple Intelligences Way. They had to choose three activities from a graphic organizer to explain the story, The Wise Old Woman. One of the projects was to build a model of one of the story settings. Here are some of the models that were built.
